Easy Chicken Parm (That Feels Like You Tried Harder Than You Did)

There are nights when dinner feels like a whole production.
And then there are nights when you just want something warm, comforting, and quick.
This was one of those nights.
The kind where everyone is hungry at slightly different times, the house is humming with that low-level chaos, and you just want something that feels like you’ve got it together…even if you absolutely do not. So, I let myself take a shortcut and made it feel intentional.
I grabbed two packages of pre-made chicken parm from Whole Foods, added a jar of Rao’s marinara, a half a box of spaghetti noodles (cooked of course), and a little diced breaded chicken. Sprinkle on your favorite cheese, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It comes out bubbling and just tastes so good–way better than pre-packaged food as any right to taste.
My family RAVED about this recipe!
I layered it all into my Elite Gourmet pan so it could go straight from prep to oven into my warming tray—no extra dishes, no extra thinking.
It felt like a home cooked meal, even though I cheated a little. Everyone got a big plate and came back for seconds.
Not fancy.
Not complicated.
Just… good food and family time.
And honestly, those are the meals that end up mattering the most.
